What days are eligible for Encore Rewards multiplier points?

Every day the Vancouver Canucks play during the 2026/2027 NHL season.

Can I earn multiplier points on alcohol?

Points can only be earned on food and non-alcoholic beverages. Points cannot be earned on alcohol, taxes, fees or gratuities.

How do new members claim their points?

If you sign up to become an Encore Rewards member after dining on a Game Day, your food and beverage purchase from that day is eligible for the points multiplier. Simply visit Guest Services on a Game Day with your receipt from a participating restaurant.

Is there a limit to how many bonus points can be earned?

Yes, a maximum of 9,999 points can be earned in one gaming day.

When will the bonus points appear in my account?

Multiplier Points will be added to the Participant’s Encore Rewards Account upon the completion of an Eligible Dining Purchase. The updated Points balance will be reflected on the Participant’s Encore Awards Account within 48 hours.

Do multiplier points affect my Encore Rewards tier status?

Multiplier Points earned during the Promotion Period will be awarded as bonus Points and do not affect the Encore Rewards Status.
