• Present your physical ID to the security staff as usual.
• Report the issue through the feedback option in the app.

Entry verification is valid for one minute after scanning the QR code. This helps to keep access secure and provides a seamless entry. 

While you can access your digital Encore Rewards card in the app or on CasinosBC.com, you still need your physical card to earn points at table games and restaurants. To earn points on slots or eTables you can use your physical card or sign in on a machine using the cardless play feature.
