Event Format 

Participants will compete in a live, on-stage challenge, conducted in multiple rounds. Advancement is contingent upon successfully completing the lyric challenge within the allotted time. All decisions of the event host regarding timing, accuracy, advancement, and winners are final and binding. 

Prizes 

At each Contest event, one (1) winner will be selected and awarded $250 Free Play along with Whitney Houston branded merchandise. A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded, one per event location. A participant may only win once. 

Important Notes 

Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and must be accepted as awarded. 

Free Play prizes will be credited directly to the winner’s Encore Rewards account following the event.

What is the Whitney Houston slots promotion?

The Whitney Houston slots promotion by BCLC is a promotion where Qualified Entrants have a chance to win a grand prize of a $25,000 Canada Rail gift card plus $2,500 in cash or a runner-up prize of $5,000 free play by transacting a minimum of $0.01 on the Whitney Houston slot game at any casino or Community Gaming Centre in BC. 

Qualified Entrants who wager at least $0.01 on Whitney Houston branded slot games will receive a single 2X entries multiplier on Thursdays during the campaign period.

  • Start: October 14, 2025, at 7:00 AM PT 
  • End: December 9, 2025, at 6:59 AM PT 

Grand prize: $25,000 Canada Rail gift card plus $2,500 cash spending money.

Runner-up prize: $5,000 free play.

To enter, you must be an Qualified Entrant. Simply card in on any Whitney Houston slot game within a B&M Casino and bet a minimum of $0.01​.

A Qualified Entrant is an individual who: 

  • Is 19 years of age or older. 
  • Is a resident of British Columbia. 
  • Is a valid Encore Rewards member. 
  • Is not a BCLC employee, contractor, service provider, or GameSense Advisor. 
  • Is not site-barred from a casino or Community Gaming Centre during the Promotion Period. 

Grand Prize: The Winner will be notified by email. The Winner is responsible for providing accurate contact information. BCLC will contact the Winner and send a confirmation email outlining the steps to claim the prize.

The Draws for the grand prize and runner-up prize will take place on December 15th, 2025, or as soon as practicable thereafter.
