Your Encore Rewards account has been successfully created, and you will soon receive a confirmation email with more details on how to activate your membership.

You can already sign into the Encore Rewards app with your account number and password to access all app features. Please note, you will need to activate your membership to use your email address for sign in.

There are two ways to activate your membership:

• Activate your membership in person at any BC casino.

Visit Guest Services at any casino or community gaming center location in B.C. with your government-issued photo ID. 

OR

• Activate your membership via your existing PlayNow.com account.

Link your existing PlayNow account by contacting our Customer Support Team. Please note, your profile information on both accounts must match.

If you do not receive your account information email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder, and contact our Customer Support for further assistance.
